STRENGTHS: â⬠¢ Good Taste: The fast food chain is operating in many diverse cultures where tastes in food are extremely different than those of US or Indian consumers. OPPORTUNITIES: â⬠¢ Increase Outlets: In terms of total sales Mc Donaldââ¬â¢s is the worldââ¬â¢s largest FB outlet. Mc Donaldââ¬â¢s is also the second largest outlet operator with more than 33,000 restaurants in 118 countries serving more than 67 million customers each day. â⬠¢ Urban India increased its Income: The foreign operations are the reason of most of the business income. The profits from India that are sent back to United States have to be converted into dollars and may differ by the current or often exchange rates, especially when the value of dollar is appreciating against Indian Rupees.
